How to raise warranty request?
During product warranty period, any product fault occurs, you can call to +65 6920 8799, or send Email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to raise warranty request.
1. Warranty period of main product is 12 months since delivery. In the event any fault in the scanner arises during the warranty period, Silvrsketch's liability shall be to repair, provide a refund for, or replace any scanner returnned by customer under warranty conditions. Product faults out of warranty conditions, for example, the fault is caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair, Silvrsketch has the right to charge resonable material and manpower cost.
2. For fault product ruturn for repair in warranty condition, the shipping cost from customer site to Silvrsketch defined factory site will at customer's expense. THe shipping cost for repaired prodcut back to customer defined location will be at Silvrsketch's expense (excluding any tax that shall be at customer's expense).
3. If on-the-site service is required by customer, the travel cost of Silvrsketch engineers shall be taken by customer.
① Product fault caused by force majeure;
② Product fault caused by misuse, negligence of customer;
③ Unauthorized repair of product;
④ Product mechanical broken or soaking in liquid;
⑤ Other non-quality related issues;
⑥ Other non-warranty conditions that's not in Silvrsketch respnosibility.
